Meet Loreal

Hello and welcome! My name is Loreal, a Naturopathic Medical Intern, Death Doula & Hospice Volunteer.

Through my Instagram page I educate on death & dying, end-of-life care, grief & bereavement, men's health and cancer care. 

I became a death doula in June 2022, after the death my dad a few months prior. Overwhelmed at what to say or do as he died and puzzled at the lack of death education I had even as a first year medical student... I started researching. That's when I fell in love with end-of-life care, bereavement and overall healthy living.

It is truly my joy to help individuals enhance their health, to help them navigate the tough times in life, and support and educate during the inevitable lows. ​If you're looking for palliative, end-of-life, grief, or caregiving support and resources - please reach out to me.
