Easy to make breakfast cookie recipe

A super simple 3 ingredient breakfast cookie recipe that are perfect if you need something on the go! Here‘s how simple it is:


Ingredients:

3 mashed bananas

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 cups oats


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Mash up the bananas, add the peanut butter and oats, stir to combine. I also added in some chocolate chips but feel free to leave them out!


Put rounded scoops on a well greased pan and flatten into a cookie shape (you can use your hand, or a fork works well to flatten them).

Bake in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes. Take out, let cool and eat! They can be stored in the fridge to eat throughout the week.

Feel free to add whatever you’d like! I think they would be great with a thin layer of extra peanut butter on top with some hemp and flax seeds!
