Green smoothie recipe!

The main ingredients in this recipe I actually got got from an Instagram friend @wellnesswithemelie.


Main ingredients:

  1. Cucumber (I peeled it, anyone with gastropresis I suggest you do the same)

  2. Cantaloupe

  3. Spinach

  4. Banana


Super quick and easy to make:


  1. Wash all veggies and fruit first

  2. Cut and put in blender

  3. Add the liquid you’d like. I used coconut milk

  4. Blend for 30-45 seconds and you’re done!


SO tasty and simple! Drink your greens and enjoy your summer,
