The main ingredients in this recipe I actually got got from an Instagram friend @wellnesswithemelie.
Main ingredients:
Cucumber (I peeled it, anyone with gastropresis I suggest you do the same)
Cantaloupe
Spinach
Banana
Super quick and easy to make:
Wash all veggies and fruit first
Cut and put in blender
Add the liquid you’d like. I used coconut milk
Blend for 30-45 seconds and you’re done!
